Tips for staying safe outside during covid-19

The Corona virus spreads mainly from an infected person through coughing, sneezing, or any other action that sets droplets in air and get in touch with other people within the range. Short-range airborne transmission can also be possible, particularly in poorly ventilated, crowded indoor places for eg.Lifts. People can also become infected by touching their mouth, nose or eyes, after touching surfaces contaminated with the virus. It is very important for you to stay safe during this Pandemic situation. Here is how you can step outside, only when necessary, and be safe.


Follow all the guidelines: 

Please follow all the guidelines given by the government for your region and act accordingly. Follow all the precautionary measures and guidelines. Step out only and when necessary. 


Preventive Kit: 

While stepping out always make sure that you wear your mask. Wear the mask in the right way, make sure it covers your nose and mouth and that there is no opening for the germs to enter. Use hand gloves and face shield to protect yourself. 


In official workspaces: 

Make sure to follow the safety guideline and maintain a distance of 6 feet and more in the office workspace you are in. Daily temperature checks and regular health checkups will help to break the chain and prevent Covid-19 from spreading. 


Always sanitize and disinfect: 

Whether or not you are in public it is always better to disinfect the space you are about to touch making it safe. There are so many people that can be asymptomatic and be out in public causing outbreak of the disease so you have to be utmost careful while being outside.


Travel safe:

If you are travelling during the Covid-19 situation make sure you are in a ventilated space, avoid using air conditioner, avoid travelling with more people. Make sure that you disinfect and sanitize your mode of transport.


Eat healthy: 

Avoid eating unhealthy, unhygienic food during covid-19. Eat healthy and build an immunity to fight against the virus.
